He is currently Chair of Allwyn Entertainment and Dexter's since 2022, Non-Executive Chairman of Itsu Grocery since 2023, Non-Executive Director of M&S and Itim Group, as well as a number of other senior adviser roles. He is credited with turning Sainsbury's around in the early 2000s, delivering shareholder returns of over 85% while tripling profits.
